Donald C. Walton III is a Member practicing out of both the Louisville and Lexington offices, with a practice focusing solely on workers’ compensation defense. His experience includes 18 years of successfully handling the defense of workers compensation claims at the administrative law judge level and at all Kentucky appellate levels. He regularly works with employers’ human resources and safety personnel, insurance companies and self-insured clients in all aspects of workers compensation, providing guidance on achieving cost-effective resolutions to all workers compensation issues.
