J. Tucker Willis is an attorney in the Lexington office, focusing solely on civil litigation defense. His litigation experience includes successfully handling the defense of personal injury claims all the way through trial. He regularly works with insurance companies in all aspects of civil litigation, achieving cost-effective resolutions. He has also developed a practice of handling probate matters for varying sizes of estates, and he can assist clients with estate planning.

In his early years of practice, Tucker has experience in taking numerous depositions of parties and witnesses, working with clients and expert witnesses on discovery issues and drafting and arguing motions before Kentucky’s state courts. Tucker has been instrumental in handling various construction defect, premises liability and auto cases across Kentucky and various arbitration forums.
