Ward, Hocker & Thornton took home top honors at the 2019 Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony. During the 15th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony held at the Lexington Convention Center on April 23rd, more than 1,200 attendees joined in celebrating the 100 Kentucky companies who were recognized for their commitment to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence. Each company participated in a comprehensive survey process and were then ranked according to those results. The list consists of three categories: small companies of 15-149 employees, medium companies of 150-499 employees and large companies consisting of more than 500 employees.

The small companies category had a total of 42 companies named to the list with WHT taking the top spot. WHT has made the list for the last 6 years, ranking third in 2018.
