In response to COVID-19, Ward, Hocker & Thornton has implemented a work from home policy until it is safe to return to the office. We remain fully available and are reachable by email or by calling our front desk at 859.422.6000, where you can search for an attorney’s extension via the phone directory.
While our attorneys and staff will be working remotely, nothing will change for you as our client. Our remote technology infrastructure allows for all of the same network access and system security as our in-office systems. Our attorneys are diligently working and, other than our physical presence in the office, there will not be any change in our level of service. We have implemented a new video conferencing system called WebEx so that we can continue to “virtually” meet with clients and other parties to ensure we are moving cases along.
The Supreme Court of Kentucky has issued safety measures that include postponing and rescheduling all non-emergency court appearances. However, the courts are using telephonic and video conferencing for necessary hearings. We will keep you up-to-date on the status and rescheduling of your court appearances.
