Ward, Hocker & Thornton Attorneys Talk Contract, Copyright and Liability

Ward, Hocker & Thornton attorneys Maxwell D. Smith, Nicole L. Antolic and W. Clayton Stone II recently spoke to over 50 members of the Wedding and Event Professionals of Central Kentucky organization addressing issues vendors in the wedding industry face.

This wedding vendor networking event hosted professionals from throughout Central Kentucky who work in the wedding industry. The vendors ranged from small businesses to large companies and included photographers, videographers, food purveyors, event/wedding planners, designers, venues and more. WHT attorneys provided an open discussion forum in which vendors asked questions pertaining to business development, contract formation, copyright issues, general liability, and premises liability. The discussion proved to be beneficial and gave participants a broader understanding of the law and how it may affect them in their everyday business operations.

WHT can help clients- big corporations, small business, or individuals- navigate the legal world and set themselves up for success. Contact us today to speak to one of our attorneys and protect your business from any potential issues you may face.
