Licha H. Farah, Jr. is a Member based in the Lexington office with extensive trial litigation experience over the course of almost 30 years of trial practice in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth. He also has extensive experience in appellate cases, with numerous published opinions in state and federal appellate courts, with issues ranging from premises liability to automobile litigation, from construction defect cases to governmental immunity defenses of clients in Kentucky. He has been recognized in the 2023 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation-Construction and for Appellate Practice, and was further recognized in the 2023 Edition as Lawyer of the Year for Litigation-Construction in the Lexington region.
