Rebecca Burroughs is a Member in the Louisville office. She works in civil litigation defense focusing on trucking and transportation, as well as insurance defense for large insurance carriers and many self-insured companies helping defend them against personal injury and premises liability claims. Rebecca is part of the firm’s rapid response team ensuring that evidence is preserved and clients have immediate support and representation.  Rebecca regularly practices in both state and federal courts.
