Description:
WHT has an opening for an Associate Attorney with up to 5 years’ experience in our Louisville, Kentucky office. WHT can generally be described as an “insurance defense” litigation firm in that it routinely represents individuals, businesses and corporations through their respective insurance policies. We also directly represent insurance carriers and self-insured corporations (many of which are Fortune 500 companies). The net result is that our team of 30+ attorneys has tremendous litigation experience and has collectively handled thousands of cases encompassing several different service areas including: appellate practice, automobile/motor vehicle litigation, construction law, commercial & business litigation, extra-contractual/coverage issues, financial institution law, fire & casualty, governmental liability, healthcare professional liability, insurance defense, large loss subrogation, products liability defense, premises liability, surety & fidelity law, trucking & transportation litigation, and workers’ compensation. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in all of Kentucky’s trial and appellate courts as well as all of the federal courts sitting in Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, we have attorneys licensed in Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia.
