Betsy R. Catron

Betsy R. Catron is a partner at the WHT Lexington office. Prior to joining WHT, Betsy served as a staff attorney for Court of Appeals Judge Glenn E. Acree. In that role, Betsy developed a deep understanding of the appellate process as well as exceptional brief writing skills on complex legal matters. Betsy has handled cases all over the Commonwealth in both federal and state courts and at both the trial and appellate levels. She has obtained a number of summary judgments throughout the state. Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex insurance coverage and litigation matters arising from various types of claims, auto negligence, premises liability defense, and nursing home defense. She prioritizes finding practical and effective solutions to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.
