Brian H. Stephenson began his career with WHT in 1998 and became Member in 2006. His focus is in defending civil claims arising from car accidents, construction defect claims and product liability claims. He also represents and defends insurance companies in Declaratory Judgment Actions and bad faith claims. Brian works in the Lexington and Louisville offices, and he gives seminars on various insurance topics in both cities. He represents clients in almost every county of the state and in both Federal Districts.
