Caroline A. Augenstein


Caroline Ahler Augenstein is an attorney in the Lexington office focusing on civil litigation defense. Prior to becoming an attorney, Caroline was a law clerk at WHT and a legal intern in Western District of Kentucky. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2021. While there, she was the President of Women’s Law Caucus and a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. In addition to her involvement on campus, Caroline has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate since 2019 which helps with abused and neglected children across Kentucky. Through this experience, she was awarded the College of Law’s community service award for her pro bono services.
