Graham D. Barth is an attorney in the Lexington office, focusing on civil litigation defense with an emphasis on automobile litigation and premises liability. Before joining the firm, he worked for nearly three years as a staff attorney for a Circuit Court Judge. While at that position, he not only gained understanding about trial judges’ decision-making processes concerning motion practice, but was also able to evaluate attorneys’ conduct regularly. These experiences are integrated into his litigation practice.
