Caroline T. Herald joined the WHT Lexington Office in 2025. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 2017, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and served as Parliamentarian. She went on to earn her J.D. from NKU Chase college of Law, where she was a member of the trial team. Having demonstrated exceptional skills in trial advocacy she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Caroline began her legal career in 2021 as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 14th Judicial Circuit. She later served as an Assistant County Attorney in Fayette County, where she gained extensive trial and courtroom experience handling a wide range of criminal matters. Her background in prosecution now informs her work in civil litigation defense.
