Jason S. Morgan



Jason S. Morgan is a Member in the Lexington office focusing on commercial, business, construction and civil liability litigation. He has worked in the legal, real estate development, insurance, and small business industries for almost three decades. He has extensive experience with residential and commercial construction. He also defends local and state law enforcement agencies in a myriad of lawsuits, including Section 1983 claims for alleged civil rights violations. As a trial lawyer, Jason is regularly in front of judges and juries in both Ohio and Kentucky state courts and various federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio, the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He works closely with his clients to craft specific and creative resolutions that shorten the life cycle of legal problems.
