Ryan McElroy is an attorney in the WHT Lexington and Louisville offices where he focuses his practice on civil litigation defense. His experience includes handling the defense of personal injury claims, transportation and trucking claims, premises liability claims, construction claims, and large loss subrogation claims in all stages of litigation. He regularly works with insurance companies in all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-suit investigations, to achieve cost-effective resolutions.

Prior to coming to WHT, Ryan gained valuable experience as a legal clerk and then an associate attorney at two private insurance defense firms in Lexington.
