Whitney Williams is an attorney in the Lexington office, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation defense. Her experience includes handling the defense of personal injury claims in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation and post-trial appellate practice. She has successfully obtained summary judgment dismissals of pre-trial suits in both state and federal courts. She regularly works with insurance companies and their insureds in all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-suit investigation, cost-effective resolutions, and voluntary dismissals.
Whitney additionally serves as a small claims mediation specialist for the Fayette County District Court, where she volunteers her time to aid the District Court in providing cost-effective pre-hearing resolutions for small claims matters.
