The premises liability case involved allegations of a traumatic brain injury and claimed medical expenses of $160,000. The claimed damages were diminished through pretrial motion practice, resulting in the plaintiff being permitted to claim $5,500 at trial. The jury deliberated and returned a defense verdict on liability, finding no dangerous condition on the defendant’s premises.
