Ward, Hocker & Thornton is pleased to announce three attorneys have been elected to become Members of the Firm: Graham Barth, Tucker Willis and Max Smith.
Graham D. Barth is an attorney in the Lexington office, focusing on civil litigation defense with an emphasis on automobile litigation and premises liability. He has been with the Firm since 2013. He was named a “Kentucky Rising Star” by Super Lawyers®, 2020-2021.
J. Tucker Willis joined the WHT Lexington office in 2013, focusing solely on civil litigation defense. His litigation experience includes successfully handling the defense of personal injury claims all the way through trial. He was named “Kentucky Rising Star” by Super Lawyers®, 2021.
Max Smith is an attorney in the Lexington office. He clerked at WHT for three years and then joined the Firm as an attorney in 2015 after passing the Kentucky and Indiana Bars. He was named “Kentucky Rising Star” by Super Lawyers®, 2019-2021.
